The compliance program regulates the standards necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legal and functional separation of the operator of the natural gas distribution system in accordance with the Law on Natural Gas No 108 dated 05.27.2016 and contains the necessary measures to implement the principle of non-discrimination regarding the access of third parties to the natural gas distribution system and the principle of confidentiality.
This program establishes the principles and duties of the employees of the operator of the natural gas distribution system regarding reporting and monitoring compliance with the compliance program.
Gas sales in the required volumes to all categories of consumers - state and municipal institutions, commercial organizations, individuals for household purposes.
One of the priority directions is to ensure safe and uninterrupted gas transportation. Gas distribution networks are maintained in accordance with technical regulations and safety standards.
